Coaching Program

        Let me share this personal example.

        For many years I did what I liked and avoided what I did not like. That was my “rule.” That rule was invisible to me as I was not consciously aware of it. That rule was costing me accomplishment as it does many people.

        Fortunately, in working with a mentor, the rule became visible to me and in an instant, I realized that the rule I had lived by stole my power. So I changed my rule. Rather than use “like” or “dislike” as my criteria, I chose to do what was useful and avoid what was not useful.

        Over the next 8 years, I helped 20,000 advisors improve their business, wrote 4 books, 50 articles, made 40 live presentations to groups as large as 900 people and created a training program for advisors to better serve seniors. Not until I started doing what was useful, rather than what I necessarily liked, did my accomplishments take off.

Not until my own thoughts became visible did I have even a remote chance to make a change.

        And that’s why you may try many different ways to improve your business and get what you want but changes in your activities without changes in the way you think won't have much result.

        So while some advisors think that selling the annuity with the highest commission or the wizbang new feature will make any difference, it won’t. And the offer I am about to make won’t interest such advisors who continue to seek insignificant motivations like trips, a few extra dollars or some short term benefit.

        This opportunity will resonate with advisors who understand that there are thoughts and activities that hold you back and until these are revealed, you can’t make any meaningful change.

Cost of Coaching Program   

       Here’s the best part. You don’t need to pay me directly. In fact, you already pay for this coaching. Someone gets an override on your insurance business. If you sell an annuity or life policy or long term care contract, there is someone or some distribution company that gets an override whether they provide value to you or not. The way you will pay for my coaching program is to write some of your insurance business through my insurance agency.

        The result of our working together and this coaching program is that you will earn more and you will be more satisfied. You will see more new people, you will gain higher quality clients, you will earn more from each client and you will deliver much greater value. We will accomplish this by first altering perceptions that are more in line with reality and then giving you the right tools to use.

        You can attend my first two coaching sessions with no commitment. To continue thereafter, you need to get appointed with one or more insurance carriers through me and then write the equivalent of $250,000 of annuities each quarter to stay in the coaching program (life or long term care business count). You also need to show that last year you generated at least $80,000 of insurance commissions as I can only work with producers who have achieved a basic level of success on their own.

You May Not Qualify

        I have minimum criteria because the program is limited to 100 advisors. Here’s what the coaching program includes:

  1. Weekly telephone meetings—30 minute presentation followed by 15-30 minutes of Q&A. Each session will focus on a different problem or challenge that advisors have in their perceptions and as a consequence, in their business results.
  2. Individual 20 minute session with me every month to attack a personal business challenge –anything that you want to focus on in your business.
  3. After each calendar quarter during the first year, you will receive one of my success tools. For example, at the end of the first quarter, you receive my Mastermind CD Library—a library of 20 teleconferences that provide a path for growth issues of your business. Each quarter you will receive a tested in the trenches tool that has helped hundreds of others of advisors and cost them hundreds of dollars. The only difference is you’ll get this tool for free.
